These Terms govern your use of the Sippd mobile application and this website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal drinking age in your country of residence, to use Sippd.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for any activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your Content
Your ratings, notes, photos, and group content remain yours. You grant Sippd a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (for example, syncing across your devices and showing it to the groups you chose to share it with).
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful, infringing, or harassing content;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service;
- use the Service to spam other users;
- use automated tools to scrape or clone data.
5. Paid Plans
Sippd offers an optional paid tier (“Pro”). Billing is handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your app store account. Refunds follow the rules of the app store you purchased through.
6. Intellectual Property
The Sippd name, logo, design, and source code are owned by Sippd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our IP to you.
7. Termination
You can stop using Sippd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation. Ratings, notes, and recommendations are the subjective opinions of the users who wrote them, not professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sippd is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid Sippd in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we'll notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
